Freedom for Hevenly
With court coming up on October 16, Hevenly’s Private attorney ”paid” by the state named John Ambrosio plans on deeming her incompetent. Hevenly has been diagnosed with being bipolar and schizophrenic disorder and is in need of immediate medical attention. In order to get her the services she needs, she has to be bailed out. Her conditioned stay at Solano County Detention Center will only cause her mental health to rapidly decompress. We are asking for help from anyone that is able to help us insure that Hevenly gets the proper psychiatric treatment and care, prior to again being deemed incompetent which will make her become a ward of the state. At Aladdin bail bonds her mother has been approved to bail Hevenly out on a $65,000 bond in exchange for a $2,000 disposition the rest can be made in payments we have $1,000 we are looking to raise another $1,000 as a family.
Hevenly will be excluded from her family which will happen if she is deemed incompetent. By bailing her out as soon as possible before her court date, my family can fight her case from the outside while searching for the proper psychiatric facility in order to help Hevenly through her time of crisis. Again, If Hevenly becomes a ward of the state as her state “paid” attorney plans, my sisters mental health will take a devastating turn for the worse. Hevenly as a black woman with mental health disabilities, has tried to stand up in court to fire her attorney and was denied the right, violating her rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
