Muldowney's aff the drink! Can you sponsor me?

Following encouragement from our trainer Mark, I told my family I would stop the beer for a spell to kickstart some weightloss and not die before my time as they'd be wile scunnered so I'm told. Daughter Rosie exclaimed "Get sponsored, sure everyone knows yer an oul lush and ye can raise some money for charity!"

So here we are! I'd love it if you kind souls would donate to the Donegal Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre, they are struggling for funding to maintain this sadly much needed service so anything you can give is most welcome. Donegal Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre offer counselling, support and advice to survivors of rape and sexual abuse in a confidential, safe and friendly environment.
