Where You Are

Where You Are is a student short film that is  final stage of our Film Production Major Degree at Sac State. As a crew of student filmmaker, we are taking on a new project to demonstrate our skills and express our creativity. This years film poses a far more unique challenge due to Covid-19, but we are utilizing professional SAG Covid-19 protocol to keep crew safe. 

The story is about a young novelist named Jeff who works at a small grocery store. Jeff struggles to find his creativity due to overwhelming pressure from a multitude of sources; the pandemic, an unfulfilling job , and baffling customer interactions. One of the only signs of hope comes from his best friend George who pushes him to continue his writing and not give up so easily. 

All donations will be used to fund camera rental, talent acquisition, and most importantly food and fuel.
