I Need A Hysterectomy, Please Help

Hello. My name is Tabitha. I’ve had pain associated with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) and endometriosis for a few years now. Last year, the pain got so bad that sometimes I would end up in the emergency room, curled in a ball, crying. I tried to get a hysterectomy last year, but I couldn’t afford it. Now, I’m out of work because that level of severe pain has gotten more frequent. We cannot find an insurance to cover it that we can afford, as we live solely on my fiancée’s income for now and she just barely manages to cover the bills. I don’t want to be in pain anymore. I don’t want to get to the point where it gets so bad I wind up needing emergency surgery. I just want this over with.
