Child Protective Services and related State and County Human Service Agencies must be severely dismantled for the preservation of Rights by Vulnerable People and their Families in the United States and the Western World.
For over 40 years, CPS has wrongly smashed good families for the sake of abuse and neglect which never existed. This book presents evidence for such a conclusion not only by America but for every Western Nation whose federal governments have imitated the USA with a similar record of breaking apart good families for the purpose of collecting unaccounted for government money and for depravity.
There are clear alternatives and higher priorities for government intervention with the seizing of children, disabled and elderly loved ones for supposed “abuse and neglect.” Scholar Stephen Krason and his colleagues conclude that “80% of such apprehensions and family break-ups were conducted by unqualified caseworkers.”
Government should be last on the list for who’s qualified for intervening with any claim of “abuse and neglect” against vulnerables—most of which are false. The first defense of family defense should be the family of origin. All families have disagreements yet most are not worthy of breaking that family apart. Secondly, if there is serious contention where government precipitously wants to “legally kidnap” someone, the extended family should be the second line of defense for protecting the vulnerable person. Thereafter, the local church or synagogue should be involved in any speculated family contention, followed by community organizations.
This volume presents evidence that government and their minion agencies should be the last possible consideration for intervening in the “care” of a vulnerable person. These pages show that government more often than not destroys vulnerable people’s lives, along with their families.
These essays and entries for Volumes I and II were written between 2011 and 2019. Although not directly in chronological sequence, these pages present a comprehensive and consistent portrayal of abuse and vindictiveness by the Child Protective Services system in America, along with its supportive Family Courts and sinister provider agencies. CPS goes by various names in different states and counties—such as Children and Youth, Dept. of Children and Families, and so forth.
As a member of national and international networks of families severely abused and broken apart by these government agencies, I encourage similar works and public action for dismantling and reform by People of Good Will from all affected Western nations. First and foremost we look for healing among millions of families and harmed Loved Ones by this governmental depravity.
