Medical relief for Christine Clinton

One of my mothers passions is hunting, it was a past time for her and her late father and one thing that she always looks forward to every season. My mother got the opportunity of a life time to go elk hunting up in the mountains of New Mexico with her Uncle. Unfortunately, on Tuesday, October 13th at about 10:00 am she was involved in a horseback riding accident to where she was nearly crushed by the horse. During the incident the horse got spooked which caused both the horse and my mother to go into panic mode. My mother was holding on for dear life as the horse continued to panic it came back on two hind legs and my mother was unable to jump off. As the horse fell back on my mother it continued to lay on her and pin her down causing more damage but as she cried for my brothers help he and others were able to maneuver the horse off and drag her away. My mothers right shoulder was shattered, several broken ribs and pretty banged up all around. While the accident happened at 10:00 am she wasn't able to get to the hospital tell 4:00 pm that afternoon due to where they were hunting and the nearest hospital was 3 hours away. The morning after her accident her and my brother made the 10 hour trip ride home to Ponca where she was admitted Thursday morning to get monitored for surgery. We are so grateful that the good Lord was with her during this accident because it could have been way worse. However, my mother has a long road of recovery as her shoulder had  to have two plates and 10 screws put in to put her shoulder back together. With this incident happening it couldn't of happened at a worse time for her and my father. My mother lost her job shortly before COVID-19 hit and hasn't had any luck recovering from that and with no job she has no insurance. Through all of this we are so grateful to have my mother another day because me and my siblings are not sure what we would do without her. She is our rock that keeps us together. Our mother has taught us that you can help one another in more ways than one and were asking that if you can help in any way possible it would be greatly appreciated. If you can't help in a financial way we ask that you do the one thing that anyone can and that is to pray for her recovery and pray that as time goes on she will get full recovery of her right shoulder. She is currently still in the hospital and we  have no idea what the cost are for surgery, the hospital stay and physical therapy but as in times of need we just ask for any help.
