We are one of the leading providers in the country, for Tony Family Development Center NPO began to engineer and manufacture it's passive and environmentally friendly “green” steel framed insulated panelized homes and buildings in 1980. Our mission is to provide Homeless Shelter solutions for the purpose of training and provide long-lasting jobs and essential needs. TFDC focusses on structure development, management, provide housing for women, men, at-risk children, and veterans. Our approach is unique as it enables the homeless population to learn a skill set while providing a path to interim housing and future job opportunities. Homeless people will be hired and trained to work in TFDC factories or job sites along with skilled craftsman thus acquiring new job skills while helping to complete TFDC homeless housing projects. Our developments including housing, parking structures, training facilities, medical and drug rehab, storage facilities, garden, and recreation areas. Our housing developments address the critical needs to provide safe homes for our vulnerable homeless population.
