REWARD money for MURDERED family member!

Im doing this for my brother-in-law, And his family! They lost a beloved part of their family in a very tragic and traumatic way! Amber was a kind hearted, loving, free spirit of a woman! She was a mother, daughter, sister, and friend! She leaves behind 3 beautiful children, and a grief stricken family.  She had some personal struggles she was working through, but who doesn’t?   Amber was at a lake lookout in Portland Oregon with her boyfriend when they where both shot, in cold blood, sitting in their car! There is not a lot of information being let out right know, since it is still an open investigation. I worry with everything going on down there right now, the police could be short staffed. I feel like someone might know something, might have heard something, or maybe even seen something. I’m afraid they might not talk to the cops due to their circumstances, or out of fear of    retaliation, or their political stance. I’m not looking to judge anyone, or look down on someone due to their lifestyle, or whatever. I would just love to get the family some closer. I believe with a little reward money being offered this could bring more tips or leads!   Losing Amber, by itself, is extremely painful but watching the effect it has on the family members left behind is also exceptionally painfull! Of course NO reward money would be released unless the lead or tip lead to an arrest!!   Thank you if you took the time to read this!  Anything you could do to help would be highly appreciated!!
