As many of you know Josh & Hilary Embery just got married on August 15th, 2020 amid the COVID pandemic. They made lemonade out of lemons, and made the very best out of that situation! We are so happy for them!!
Sadly, on October 14th, Josh & Hilary had to evacuate their home along with their two pups due to the Cameron Peak fire near Ft. Collins/Masonville Colorado. They were able to save some personal items before evacuating. Over a period of 72 hours they had to watch a spot fire scathe through their neighborhood, their house was right in the middle of it.
I don't feel comfortable sharing a video that Hilary sent me of what the fire left, but they got to visit their property today & everything is literally gone. Their home has been decimated, nothing but a black burn scar is left.
I am creating this gofundme as an option for everyone to be able to help. Their support group is spread across the states, & I thought this would an accessible easy way to help. Please note: Hilary & Josh don't expect financial help from anyone, we are starting this gofundme out of our own free will. They are so thankful for prayers, and thoughts as they've been going through this hard time.
The money will be used towards a new home, and any other expenses that have come from this fire such as work leave, & places to stay. Our names are Emily DeLarber & Heather Hayden, we live in Lakewood, Colorado & Reiffton, Pennsylvania. Hilary is a really close friend of Emily's, & Hilary is Heather's cousin.
