Puddle Jumper Robotics (FRC team 7332) is seeking funding in order to participate in the FIRST Robotics Competition this year. There is a $3000 registration and entrance fee.
Puddle Jumper Robotics is East Vancouver's first all girls robotics team that will be participating in the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) this year and the only all girls team in the province. We are a group of young women all wanting to further explore the world of robotics ans STEM. We have students ranging from grade 8 all the way to 12, all eager to participate in robotics.
The FIRST Robotics Competition is an annual competition that brings together robotics teams from all around the world to compete against and co-operate with each other. Every season a challenge is put forward and each team is given a short time and limited resources to construct a functional robot that meets the strict requirements.
We are hoping through this GoFundMe campaign to fund our entry fee for this competition.
