Chaplin Sgt. Major Robert Strawberry was a beacon of hope and spiritual advisor for thousands of people from every walk of life especially those experiencing homelessness, drug or alcohol addiction, and mental health issues that walked through the doors of the Salvation Army Harbor Lights in downtown Minneapolis, Mn. For over 20 years. He passed away and went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday morning October 25th 2020. He succumbed to his battle with lung cancer and experienced complications from COVID-19.
