Help Ulas Get Rolling Again!

Donation protected

On the evening of October 12, 2020 Ulas was traveling home after helping his friend Darren with his kitchen backsplash project. He left Darren’s house and drove down on sunrise highway just starting raining that evening, at approximately 5:40pm a tragedy occurred between the exits 58 and 59 eastbound side of the highway for a single vehicle accident. His GMC pickup truck lost control veered from the road and ended up in the woods wrapped around the trees and brush after multiple hits having a horrific crash that landed this vehicle in an area that passing cars could not easily see. GMC had been entirely crashed and destroyed leaving Ulas suspended.  Many thanks to Mastic Fire department and rescue for a quick respond saving his life rushing him to Stony Brook University Hospital. He was unable to move and was in a lot of pain, this accident left him with broken hips, leg, arms and multiple other bones damaged. He severely fractured his pelvic bones and spine which required 4 different surgeries with interior bleeding and he is currently at a rehab center starting his physical therapy.

We are all very grateful to have him here but he has suffered from these extensive injuries and pain and he still does. We all can imagine how costly his bills are and how life is becoming harder for him everyday. He is an independent contractor that needs some support from his friends and tile family. He is not able to work and will not be able to work for a very long period of time. Please consider helping Ulas while he is out of work in these bad times by supporting him both emotionally and financially as best as you can.

The financial implications that follow such an injury are tremendous. All funds raised will be used for his expenses, rehabilitation, travel, equipment, therapists, and other daily supplies.

Please join and help begin to ease the financial burden with his recovery. He is now beginning the slow process of recovery which will take him months to fully recover. Nonetheless, the excruciating physical pain and the unbearable overwhelming grief is more than just about anyone could bare. Despite this, his family and friends stand firm in their faith and trusts that their prayers be heard for even a faster healing and recovery.

Thank you so much all for helping out.
