Vendor expo with Raffle Auction Benefits Nonprofit

This is an annual event we started 2 years ago. We hold a Raffle Auction to benefit The Wellness Center for Pets and their People, a non-profit organization who provides assistance to pet owners who have experienced unforeseen challenges in life. They receive all the funds from the Raffle Auction in addition to the entrance fees and door donations.
This is an expo which also brings in 40 - 50 small business vendors. Expenses to run this event come from the vendor fees. Raffle Auction items that are not donated by local businesses also come from participating vendors. Last year, we were able to put together over 70 baskets.
If the event has to be canceled, we will still try to run the Raffle Auction, either online or at a location where we can maintain social distancing. Funds will be used to purchase merchandise from participating vendors which will be added to the Raffle Auction.
