My Dog Bowtie Tore His ACL :(

Hi everyone, I’m making this go fund me because my dog tore his ACL and I can’t afford his surgery and it’s really tearing me up inside. I rescued him 5 years ago from an abusive puppy mill and we’ve been best friends ever since. He was very scared and skittish and sometimes still can be, but he’s the sweetest dog in the world. He LOVES to run and jump and play, and he LOVES to play dress up. His favorite things in the world are scarves, outfits, and unicorns. He is so sweet and endearing it breaks my heart to see him unable to move. He can’t run down the stairs with his brothers and sisters and he cries every time they go. I cry for him and my heart hurts constantly. I don’t know what else to do. I’m hoping that someone will help and maybe share his pictures and his story and help me raise the money for the surgery that he desperately needs. The vet told me if he doesn’t get his surgery he will never recover.. I can’t do that to him.. please help if you can. Thank you so much for listening. :(
