100k November

Donation protected
Some friends and I have set ourselves a challenge to run 100 kilometres during the month of November.

The greatest runner of them all,
Forest Gump, famously said
"life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get".
Sometimes we could give ourselves a reality check and realise that bad things happen to good people.

We decided while were at we might as well raise a few bob for a worthy charity.

Any funds we raise will be donated to the the Wexford Rape Crises Centre, a local charity that would be very grateful for any donation no matter how big or small.

Core values underpinning Wexford Rape Crisis:
Violence and sexual abuse in relationships must always be viewed as an abuse of Human Rights. It should not be rationalised or minimised and there must never be an acceptable or tolerable level of violence. Anyone can be a victim of sexual violence, irrespective of age, race, income or employment status.

At the moment there is a major waiting list for adolescent counselling (under 18s)
A little donation could go a long way.
