In Loving Memory of Eileen Mayes

After a long and hard faught battle, Eileen Mayes passed away November 16, 2020 at the University of Michigan medical center. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, wife/gf, friend and an all around amazing human being! She loved to be outdoors camping, gardening and anything that included the sun on her skin and wind in her hair. She was so happy and proud to be a grandmother to all of her grandchildren! Eillen was loved and cherished by so many in her life. She definitely was one to always care for others and wouldn't hesitate to give you the shirt of her back if you asked! She is finally pain free and comfortable flying high with the angel's over us! In this time of need, we ask if you'd like to donate to help support our family with funeral and memorial costs please do. Also with these funds, a donation will be made in honor of Eileen to the University of Michigan Medical Center. Eileen will be cremated and we will be organizing an event/memorial service for her in northern Michigan, lakeside near Traverse City next spring.  Estes Ledley will be handling all of mom's affairs and donations along with this fundraiser. Her notice a d obituary will be published very soon! When those exact dates are decided they will be made available to the public. Thank you so much from the entire Mayes/Wall family!
