Christmas 2020 will be different in a lot of ways but we would love if some important traditions can remain the same.
The annual switching on of the Christmas lights is a much anticipated event in our community of Ardara. To see the smiles and excitement on the faces of the children of the Parish is heartwarming and we would like to make sure they get to experience it again this year.
As you know, a lot of time and effort is needed to get the Christmas lights set up each year and we are forever indebted to the wonderful volunteers who do this work. There is also a significant cost to purchasing and running the lights and this is where we need the help of our community - both near and far.
This appeal is to support the cost of lighting up our town this year and bringing some joy to our wonderful community in Ardara.
