The way we see it, society cannot distribute power and make change when those controlling the narrative want to maintain the status quo. We need a radical paradigm shift in how we advocate. As long as these platforms are motivated by profit, there will never be an equally representative, organized, and safe space for social change.
Our platform will combine effective tools of social media activism in a sleek, user-friendly space. Users will be able to organize events, create projects with other activists, share informational resources, communicate over secure chatrooms, and much more. A social media app designed by activists, for activists, will revolutionize the way we organize and demand change. Asmbl will always choose moral integrity over financial gain.
Because of this, we need you. We must raise $1000 in pre-seed funding to cover software costs, operational expenses, and to get Asmbl off the ground.
