Hello all, I'm going through a very stressful and difficult time, probably the most difficult time in my life.  After 15 years with the woman I love, she was taken from me and put into an assisted living home.  She is disabled and for about the last 2-3 years I was her caregiver. We lived in a nice condo she had bought a year before we met, but we never got married. She has been on Social Security disability for many years, a few years ago I filed for Social Security early retirement to stay home and care for her.  Other than a small pension she received from her first marriage, that was our entire income. Recently I called EMS to take her to the hospital, they discovered she had a small stroke on top of her other issues. After two weeks, she was sent home under Hospice care. She was home living with me for just over two weeks when her family decided an assisted living facility would be more helpful to her.  I understand why they chose to move her, but I still miss and love her. They had agreed to let me stay in condo with the hope that she may return. Soon after they decided they were going to sell the condo. This all happened within a few months, I have not much money or savings and I must move out.
Needless to say, I'm feeling abandoned and alone. If it weren't for my daughter and beautiful grandson, I'd be lost.
I'm desperately looking for employment, but as we all know, with Covid-19 it's not so easy.
I'm 65 years old and that puts a double whammy on my chances of finding employment. 
I've been doing a lot of soul searching, praying for a relief from all this stress.
I'm not one for charity, but I don't know what else to do to help get through this difficult time.
