Help! Older Disabled Couple Homeless For Holidays!

January 23, 2021 Turn for the worse... Both Marie Phair and Robert Phair have passed away since being kicked out of there own mobile home in livermore maine. the children are still trying to save their parents home and belongings so we can properly grieve the sudden and tragic loss of two beloved family members. all funds will be used to save our parents home, belongings and to pay court and lawyer fees related to the unlawful self help of my dads home which triggered a horrible chain of events causing the 2 sudden, tragic, untimely deaths of our beloved matriarch and patriarch.

Robert Phair and his Wife, Marie are both on oxygen, are disabled and have a long list of health issues.
Back in 2007 they entered a rent to own agreement with a land owner. My Dad paid $5000 down, moved his mobile home (from NH) onto the land. He has made payments on time, never missing a payment (he has all receipts). My Dad had his lawyer mail the last payment, with a break down of payments showing payoff and a written request for deed to the land they paid for. In just a short time an eviction was served. My Dad and his Wife are now and have been fighting for his home, for almost a year.
My Dad and his Wife have been evicted from the land by a sheriff and the land owner on Nov 17, 2020. The "land owners" have entered the home Without Permission, Took Inventory of My Dad and Stepmothers Personal belongings. The "land Owners" made a list of things inside of the home they will to keep if "Abandoned" the mobile home was #1 on list, with a 14 day deadline (hand delivered to my dad 6days after it was dated). They changed the locks and screwed windows shut trying to stop him from getting his house aka mobile home, and personal property inside the home including oxygen tanks, daily medicine that they require including life saving inhalers and oxygen treatments, all their food and clothing. They cant even change clothing.
All which are violations against my dads civil rights due to his disability, Based on The Federal Fair Housing Act 1988. Landlords can not lock tenant out of his home or personal property, must give reasonable accommodations, more time on exiting, and can not seize or hold personal property for unpaid rent if having a qualifying disability under this LAW.
He was given 14 days to get his stuff off the land yet they are trying to make it so he can not get his stuff. He and His Wife are now homeless as they continue to try for their right to live in the home they own free & clear, on land they finished paying for last year.
All funds go to lawyer fees and to help save Their mobile home and personal property.
He does have a place to move it to. we are in contact with police and lawyers trying to sort this matter out.
We have reason to believe the "land owners" have done this to at least one other family. we are trying to find them.
Please help my sickly dad. with a pandemic going on and holidays being homeless they truly need all the help they can get.
