Lost my leg in October, still need help!

In early October, I had a below the knee amputation operation on my right leg due to ongoing Diabetes complications ive been dealing with for 2 years. Also I will be going through another surgery to remove a gangrene infected toe on my remaining left foot. In the meantime I have been convalesceing in a local skilled nursing facility.
As a result, I am on FMLA leave while recovering. However eventhough most of my treatment is covered under insurance, I still have an apartment that is behind in rent.
I've made an arrangement with my landlord to hold off on filing eviction actions against me until January 2021, which leaves me about a month and a half to clear out my back rent so that I can keep my home that I share with my two cats.
As well, I will not be earning a regular income until I return to work after subsequent treatment and getting a new prosthetic leg. Which at this point is going to be a couple of months. At least, the spring of 2021 to be exact.
In addition to my rent woes, there are certain medical expenses that I occasionally have to pay out of pocket for including co-pays and medical transportation when the facility does not have on-site vehicles available.
I will have no place to go if I lose my apartment, and with the Covid19 crisis affecting everything - finding a new place is even more difficult.
Adding my current medical condition and needing pet friendly accommodations makes apartment hunting more challenging even under normal life circumstances.
This is among some of the most difficult things I've ever gone through in my life. My ultimate goal is to get back to normal life, while living though this current chapter in it.
