Help A New Haven Hero

Angela Yoxall - Hurlburt, a 911 dispatcher for the City of New Haven died unexpectedly on November 16, 2020 at the age of 36. She was an intensely passionate team member who often went above & beyond to assist her coworkers but was also the first to step up and help anyone in the New Haven Fire and New Haven Police Department families in their times of need.

She helped champion several charitable efforts, and was eager to return to work following an extended recovery time after a surgical procedure. She was always that familiar, calming, competent presence on the other end of the radio when she was at the helm, and always smiling and happy whenever she stopped into any of the firehouses to chat, she always took extreme pride in her profession and was a major advocate and supporter for all public safety services.

Angela is and will continue to be deeply missed, she was a proud resident of the City of New Haven and leaves behind her husband, Kevin & their two young daughters, Abby Grace & Kenzi Rae.


The family wishes everyone to know how incredibly grateful in advance they are for anything that is donated in order to allow her husband proper time away from work to mourn the loss of his soulmate and wife & help their daughters through an extremely tough transition.
