Lunedì 30 Novembre i Leo Club Cinisello Balsamo e Cesano Maderno e Brianza Occidentale hanno organizzato una VIRTUAL YOGA CLASS (tenuta in Inglese e tradotta simultaneamente in Italiano) che non potete certo perdere!
La nostra insegnante professionale è Kamile, una Lion di Ginevra, precedentemente Leo a Losanna, che ci aiuterà ad allungarci, rilassarci e ricaricare le batterie (potete visitare il suo sito qui https://www.kyoga.info ).
In questi folli tempi di auto-isolamento diventa più importante che mai curare la nostra salute fisica e mentale, e una lezione di yoga è quello che ci vuole. Inoltre partecipare è per una buona causa: tutto il ricavato sarà infatti devoluto all'associazione C6siloku (potete visitare il loro sito qui http://www.c6siloku.com/ ), che i due Leo Club hanno deciso di aiutare quest'anno.
Questa associazione aiuta ogni anno un grande numero di donne affette da malattie oncologiche, proponendo settimanalmente diverse attività tra cui quella sportiva, di sostegno psicologico, percorsi di consapevolezza alimentare e gruppi di cammino.
Alcune di loro seguiranno la lezione del 30 Novembre con noi e saremo felici di presentarvele facendo yoga tutti insieme.

Monday the 30th Leo Club Cinisello Balsamo and Leo Club Cesano Maderno e Brianza Occidentale have organized a VIRTUAL YOGA CLASS (held in English and simultaneously translated in Italian) that you simply cannot miss!
Our professional teacher is Kamile, a Lion from Geneva, former Leo Club member in Lausanne, who will give us a great lecture to stretch, relax and energize ourselves (you can check-out her website here https://www.kyoga.info ).
In these crazy times of self-isolation it becomes more important than ever to think about our mental and physical health and a yoga lesson will be perfect for it. Participating you will also help a good cause:
All the proceeds of the event, in fact, will be donated to the association called C6siloku (website here: http://www.c6siloku.com/ ), that the two Leo Clubs have decided to support this year.
This association helps every year a huge number of women affected by oncological diseases, by providing weekly activities such as sport, psychological individual support and meditation classes.
The most important thing is that they will join us during the class of the 30th November and we will be happy to introduce them to you while doing yoga all together.
