SpaceForce
SpaceForce is a casual space-themed shooter game designed for mobile and Facebook.
Travel the cosmos defending Earth from asteroids and hostile aliens.
Earn credits destroying asteroids, and a wide variety of enemy ships, and bosses. Spend credits purchasing advanced ships, weapons, shields, and drones. Drones are able to provide fire support and unique benefits to your armor, shields, or weapons. Customize your ship in the Armory, upgrade or sell your shields, weapons, or drones. A unique War mode allows you and your friends to take on even more powerful bosses, and earn greater rewards.
Funding
I am approaching the community for funding so that I may have the remaining art, sound effects, and music produced. The funds will also be used for software required to optimize the game performance for lower-end devices. Stretch goals may be added in the future to raise funding to produce additional player ships, drones, space backgrounds, and game effects.
All donors to the game development will be listed in the game credits.
About Me
My name is Paul Thomas, and I've been a professional programmer for over 20 years. After spending my entire career working for other businesses, I am hoping this game will be the launching pad towards branching out on my own, and be able to create as many games as I have ideas.
I will be updating this information regularly and provide more game previews.
