EMERGENCY MRI help liam keep walking

My 1 year old DEAF italian greyhound needs an MRI to diagnose the cause of his symptoms, and be sure he doesn't need emergency neck surgery or become paralyzed walking around the house.  Last week he started dragging his paws, loosing his balance, screaming in pain, unable to walk up stairs, or lay down without struggling, he can't play or run like he loves to do!

I got Liam at 8 weeks before I knew he was deaf, and we do everything together.  We have a ribbon in Barn Hunt, want to do agility, and more but without a MRI to diagnoses what's going on, a short walk and he could become paralyzed forever!  The Vet suspects some neck issue but like I said, without imaging studies we have no way to know what, or how to treat him?

Liam is my EVERYTHING to me!  He is my hoppy, my link to social connection with other Italian Greyhounds, my motivation for exercising and so much more that words can't explain.  He comes everywhere with me, sleeps with me, and I have spent every cent I have trying to help him.  But without knowing via MRI what's actually going on, medication and confinement is all I can do.  He is a young dog, many neck issues have a high chance of successful treatment.  Every step he takes without the MRI could potentially paralyze him!  Liam is starting to fall over, and have shaking paws when he starts to walk, he is becoming less willing to run and play, or even move like usual and it breaks my heart.  I fear any walks or training could be the last straw and paralyze him?  I just have no way to know till the Vet gets MRI.  For now he is to move as little as possible till we know more, which the ONLY way to know is MRI.

Liam knows sign language, loves people and dogs, and looks to me for everything.  We have a extra special bond due to his deafness, and I want to spend many health years helping him explore his world that for many deaf dogs would have ended with being deaf.  I can no longer do this alone financially without your help!  I am praying for anything I can put towards his MRI.  He has a appointment next tue the 30th, which I must pay for prior to the scan.  No payment plan/option is available and I do not qualify or have credit or care credit cards.  

 I know everyone is financially struggling right now, anything will help. Anything.  I love my Liam so much and would be lost without him, please help if you can.  Thank you.
