Masks for Tucson Mask Share

We are a group organizing a mask drive and fundraiser in Tucson, Arizona. We will purchase ethically sourced masks in bulk and collect handmade masks in Tucson. The masks will be given to folks experiencing homelessness and/or accessing public transportation and food resources. We'll host events/locations to collect masks, which will be distributed with the help of Tucson Pima Collaboration to End Homelessness, Tucson Food Share, and Sun Tran, other partners. We are trying to acquire at least 1,400 masks.



Tucson Pima Collaboration to End Homelessness is a coalition of community and faith-based organizations, government entities, businesses, and individuals committed to the mission of ending homelessness and addressing the issues related to homelessness in our community.

Tucson Food Share is a collective effort by and for Tucsonans to share life-giving resources amongst ourselves, without dependence upon government or corporate support. We operate by the principles of mutual aid, distributing food and other necessities without judgment to anyone who asks. We seek to make resources accessible, prioritizing the needs of our neighbors who are forgotten, ignored, and exploited by those in power. This is an entirely volunteer-run project that depends upon donations from community members to function.
