Geshom's medical support

I am Geshom Ndlovu. I reside at Pumula South. I developed a tumour on my left lower jaw some years back. The tumour has been gradually growing until it began growing rapidly at the beginning of this year. It has occupied the greater part of my mouth causing difficulties in eating (I am currently on liquid diet) and speaking.
I was working for a local security company trying to raise funds for treatment but l had to resign because of the deteriorating health. I have managed to do the necessary tests before treatment and now the doctors say a huge operation has to be done

Treatment Costs are as follows:

USD 1500 for hiring the equipment to be used from Mater Dei
ZWL 4000 for booking the theatre to be used and 5 days admission at UBH
Other additional costs which include blood tests

I am appealing for help so that I can have this operation done before it affects my speech and more.
