An amazing father of two young boys, veteran, boss, friend, and Star Wars fan needs help. Shane was given the unfortunate news that his cancer has spread, - so we are going to help Shane fight with happiness and love for life!
For those of you that don’t know Shane, he is the best kind of super geek. As a super Star Wars fan - Shane recently joined the 501st legion (the world’s largest Star Wars costuming group) and of course, his first troop was donating toys to the hospital, all while undergoing chemotherapy. Our goal is to get Shane and his two young boys to Star War Galaxy’s edge at Disneyworld for the first time and spend their time among a galaxy far, far away together creating memories that he and his children will have to cherish forever.
The local community is small (but mighty) and we are trying to cover all the costs of this trip for a strong yooper family.
Our goal is to have the entire trip covered for 4 adults. Airfair, hotel, car/taxi, food, park tickets, and souvenirs (droids) to bring home. We’re also funding a photographer to go and document the trip for the boys to have.
Stormtroopers will send them off at the airport, and as a family of Star Wars fans, this is the ultimate trip for an unforgettable experience.
