Help Kyrgyzstan fight COVID-19

The situation with COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan is getting out of control, the government and the country was totally unprepared for the peak of the pandemic. There is an extreme lack of hospital spots, basic hospital and protective equipment and medicine. Thousands of people are dying not only because of the pandemic, but rather the failure of the healthcare system of Kyrgyzstan.
In the spring of 2020, during the official quarantine, a group of young active citizens created the volunteer movement "Biz Barbyz", which aimed to provide basic provision aid to underprivileged groups of citizens who were left without sources of income due to the quarantine. Moreover, the "Biz Barbyz" movement provided the basic protective equipment as face masks and protective costumes the hospitals at the beginning of the pandemic. All that was possible thanks to donations from Kyrgyz citizens in the country and abroad, as well as our friends in other countries.
Right now, the volunteers are focusing on providing the hospitals, the medical staff and the volunteers in the field with:
- Medical equipment as oxygen concentrators and pulse oximeters;
- Personal protective equipment;
- Food for medical staff.
These things are vital for saving thousands of lives right now.

Дорогие друзья и единомышленники! Ситуация в стране ухудшается с каждым днем, и мы, Благотворительное движение «Биз Барбыз», не можем стоять в стороне и ждать, пока все разрешится как-нибудь само собой. Именно поэтому мы решили возобновить нашу работу, но сфокусироваться на несколько иных задачах, нежели весной этого года.
Предварительно наши координаторы наметили несколько важных и срочных задач:
Покупка и доставка медицинского оборудования;
Обеспечение врачей горячим питанием;
Информационная поддержка;
Помощь в развертывании койко-мест для больных.
Мы надеемся, что вы поможете нам снова, потому что каждый день мы теряем наших сограждан, наших друзей, близких и родных. Мы хотим, чтобы как можно больше людей получили своевременное лечение, а врачи не падали с ног из-за истощения. Медикам нужна наша поддержка, поддержка делами, а не словами.
Мы уже обеспечили многих из них СИЗами, а теперь надеемся закупить дополнительное оборудование, которое хоть слегка снизит градус отчаяния и даст кому-то шанс задышать. Мы верим, что вместе – что бы ни происходило – мы сила!
Любая сумма будет иметь значение. На данный момент ребята из медицинского направления работают над максимально быстрым закупом и доставкой кислородных концентраторов, они изучили модели и выбрали оптимальную – и по цене, и по качеству. Их безвозмездно передадут медицинским учреждениям, и отчет будет опубликован на наших официальных страницах:
