24 Hour Streaming

I'm planning on streaming for 24 hours to raise money for The Royal British Legion.

The stream will take place from Sunday 16th August 2020 at 9am and end on Monday 17th at 9am (GMT). The event will stream on my Facebook Gaming  channel here

I have completed this challenge in the past, with a dedication to a few close relatives and friends for cancer support charities. However this year is different. I am no longer on Twitch as my streaming platform and as such that has limited me with my usual causes due to their affiliations.

So I was forced to think and ask around after what charity would people support. RBL is one that always comes up when it comes to Remembrance Sunday, but hardly ever mentioned throughout the rest of the year.

A year ago my wife, and then 4 and 7 year old boys, completed a 10km walk in aid of the charity around Liverpool city and you could see how much it meant to them even at such a young age. They have visited the war graves in Belgium in 2018 and know what it means to have respect for those who gave their lives. 

As such I have decided to dedicate this years charity stream to all the Men and Women who have served and are currently serving our country.

All money raised will go to the Royal British Legion who aid in safeguarding the welfare, interests and memory of serving and ex-Service people, their families and dependants.

If you can spare anything at all to help toward our goal, it will be greatly appreciated.
