Food relief in Juba, South Sudan

Donation protected
As Covid-19 continues to negatively affect communities around the world, the most vulnerable people are badly hit by the impact of lockdown.  Juba, South Sudan is not an exception.  People in Juba and South Sudan in general are really suffering and in dire need of humanitarian support.
Faith Aid InitiaTive for Humanity (FAITH South Sudan) has carried out the Ravens Project as a means to address the need for food among the most vulnerable people in Yei, South Sudan.  With help from individuals 120 most vulnerable households have received food items (see photo's) that can feed them for at least two weeks.  These 120 were selected based on their living conditions in the community.
We would like to extend this project to Juba, targeting more vulnerable people (the food distribution has now been in lockdown for 4 months.  The socioeconomic situation for many in Juba city is badly affected by the pandemic.  There is a high level of malnutrition amongst children and elderly people.
Your support will be able to bring hope and save lives.
The situation is urgent and you can help to save lives as any money given will 100% go immediately to FAITH South Sudan today.
The goal is to distribute food and household items to 120 desperate families during the next 2 months.
If possible, we would love to raise $5,000 (US dollars) approx £4,000.
God bless you.
