Save Jakers

My dog Jakers got really sick this week and we went to our local veterinarian office for an examination. They told us that he needed to go to a specialist at another facility about 2 hours driving distance from here. He needs surgery and they would not begin their services until I paid $8226.22 deposit up front!, which completely wiped me out. I don't have another art show until Oct and I don't start teaching until the end of September. Print sales from my website probably won't be enough to cover my bills for the next couple of months and the estimated balance on the rest of his hospital stay and recovery puts us in financial jeopardy. I still haven't been billed from the first Veterinarian on top of that. It pains me to ask for help this way but I don't have any other options at this point.  If you can spare anything, it would mean the world to me and my family.
