Brain Cancer Help

Having recovered from the first bought of Stage 4 Cancer, it came back with a Vengeance. I was good until around January, 20'. At 225#, feeling strong, good workouts, good attitude. Around May 1st, I started on my home Treadmill, walking only on a incline, for two weeks, decided to ride my Bike. I only went two miles, felt good, but when I stepped down from my Bike, my left leg gave away....first sign, along I didn't know what it meant. My symptoms worsened, sagging face, tiredness, and double vision. We first thought it was Myasthenia Gravis, as I had all the exact signs and symptoms, but the blood panel for it came up Negative. I was then referred for a second opinion.

Today I just got back from UCLA Medical Hospital, 4 day stint where they did a full workup on me. Brain MRI with contrast, Lumbar Puncture, Bloods Draws, Neurological workups, Doctor consultations. Weight is 165#.
The results came back......Leptomeningeal Metastasis. My controlled Lung Cancer broke loose, hit Lumbar 3, got into my Cerebral Spinal Fluid and deposited itself in my Brain. The result is a Central Nervous System Lesion, of the Lower Motor Neuron type. I have no Deep Tendon Reflexes, Muscle wasting, particularly in the face as you can see. I can't do the following: Smile, Whistle, Blink, Puff Cheeks, talk clearly, chew (If anything is of slight hardness I have to manually move my jaw to chew), close eyes all the way, double vision on the left eye, Vertigo on the left.
I can think clearly, it's just me body doesn't want to do what my Brain says to do. Currently I can do ADL's.
Will be undergoing Chemo, Cold Fusion, Intrathecal to get past the Blood Brain barrier. There is no cure, this will only control the signs and symptoms. Pray for me to regain my vision and improve jaw power and vertigo.
Hospitals bills will run into the thousands and need your help, even with insurance. Bless you.
