STORY:
Jeremy grew up in Brigham City, Utah and Jules grew up in Jackson, California. They met during their undergrad, while attending BYU. They married in May of 2008. After they both graduated, they moved to their next adventure in the Bay Area. Jeremy attended Medical School (Podiatry) at Samuel Merritt University. Jules taught health and math classes full time at Mount Diablo high school in Concord, CA. They loved their time in the Bay, living in tiny apartments and making life long friends. Although it was a very busy time, they always made time to enjoy the outdoors and life in general. Jeremy loves boating and especially wake boarding. He was just starting to get into mountain biking as well. On his time off, he was always with Jules and the kids. That is where he wanted to be.
Not many know this, but Jeremy graduated #1 in his medical school class. Jeremy worked hard and long hours to become a Surgeon during his residency. Through these years of medical school and residency he always called Jules and they would talk on his late commutes back home. It became their time to spend time together. Luckily, residency is only 3 years and after looking for jobs, he joined Foothill Podiatry Clinic of Grass Valley. The move was a great fit for the family and after 3 1/2 years in Grass Valley, it definitely felt like home. On the day beforeThanksgiving 2019 he called Jules to tell her he was just about to leave to come home. They had family in town for the holiday. He never came home. He was in a terrible car accident during a hail storm and suffered a Traumatic brain injury. He is an amazing father( to his three children ages 7,5, and 2) and husband. Please share and help if possible!
