Con enorme dispiacere e grandissima frustrazione ci troviamo costretti ad annullare il concerto evento del 5 aprile e rinviarlo ad una futura data da definire.
Purtroppo, a fronte del grande stato di incertezza e preoccupazione che vede coinvolta l'Italia per via del corona virus, soprattutto nella percezione che si ha all'estero, abbiamo deciso insieme agli ospiti internazionali di non confermare per il momento il METAL FOR KIDS UNITED!
Stante la situazione attuale, riteniamo che un festival come il nostro, che nasce con l'obiettivo di raccogliere maggior fondi possibili per iniziative di solidarietà, facendolo soprattutto grazie anche al richiamo degli ospiti stranieri, debba esser svolto sotto le migliori condizioni e consentire anche al pubblico di partecipare con serenità e grande condivisione dell'altissimo livello musicale che è da sempre il nostro orgoglio e motivo di distinzione.
Stiamo lavorando già con gli artisti per capire la possibile data in cui recuperare lo show.

METAL FOR KIDS UNITED! All-Star Charity Jam is back!
SATURDAY 25 MAY 2019, Rome (ITALY) @Crossroads Live Club .
The project aims to produce a great and memorable concert to raise funds for charity purposes, reuniting over 40 Heavy Metal musicians from the International and Italian scene.
This year’s proceeds will be donated to Peter Pan Onlus Association of Rome (peterpanonlus.it) which has supported children with cancer and their families since 1994, offering free hospitality in Rome during cure treatments.
5 prestigious international artists has chosen to join the initiative: guitarist / producer Roy Z (Bruce Dickinson, Halford / Judas Priest) and singer Brian O’Connor (ex Vicious Rumors, Consfearacy) from the USA along with guitarist Roland Grapow (ex Helloween, Masterplan) and singer Ralf Scheepers (Primal Fear, ex Gamma Ray) from Germany and Greek guitar virtuoso Gus G. (ex Ozzy Osbourne, Firewind)!!!
But the bill also includes other well-known and internationally established Italian Heavy Metal artists to bring a great charity event to Rome.
In the past 3 editions, over EUR 5,000 have been donated to Italian social organizations which help children and their families.
"We were very impressed by the seriousness of the Structure and the great emotional energy that can be experienced at the Great House of Peter Pan. This year, more than ever, we feel the moral duty to raise the voice of the child within us as loud as possible. To support and give courage to the many children, adolescents and families who come to Rome to deal with the care and treatment necessary for their growth, healing and in some cases survival. The choice of an important line-up of artists has the purpose of collecting a significant donation for such an helpful Organization." Says Fabrizio Troiano, producer of the event, about the new charity project.
About ASSOCIAZIONE PETER PAN ONLUS
“The Great House of Peter Pan” is a free hospitality center that provides children with cancer, under treatment at the Bambino Gesù pediatric hospital, with 32 housing units provided with facilities, as well as large common areas that encourage socialization among families. About 200 volunteers ensure that the structures operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The most important project for the Association is to finance and support the maintaining costs of the Houses.
THE GOAL OF THE CAMPAIGN (TO END on 25 MAY 2019)
By creating another memorable edition for the music fans, our main purpose is to raise people awareness about pediatric cancer and raise significant funds to keep the "free hospitality" system of Peter Pan Onlus available for many more families coming to Rome to cure their children properly.
Out of the EUR 10.000 goal, EUR 5.000 will partially cover production budget while the surplus will be added on top of the tickets' proceeds to make a more impactful donation.
At Metal For Kids United we truly believe that through the common passion for Heavy Metal music we can help to improve life quality for children in any state of need (either physical or social).
This year, kids with cancer will benefit from our warm support.

After 3 years of Metal For Kids United production as sole producer/funder/artistic and creative director, basically as a freelance dreamer under Fabertroy Entertainment monicker, I've decided to found an official non-profit legal entity.
Thus, in the first quarter of 2019 I brought to life the Associazione Culturale "METAL FOR KIDS UNITED" together with my long time friends and founding partners Luca Muzzioli, Simone Mauti and Marco Migliaccio.
Being appointed President of the Association I keep on playing the same role as in the past, plus the delicate task of Legal Representative.
All funds raised thanks to the current GoFundMe campaign will be transferred to the Association's bank account to partially cover production expenses financed by the 4 of us.
With great pleasure we will donate every single EURO exceeding the first target of € 5.000 on top of the ticketing proceeds to the Associazione Peter Pan Onlus.
Thanks to GoFundMe and the generosity of You donors, not only does the ASSOCIAZIONE have the chance to raise extra funds to finance the free hospitality for children under cancer treatment in Rome but also will have the concrete possibility to reach "break even point" and partially compensate production costs.
Indeed, reaching the break even point will allow us to produce another Metal For Kids. United! All-Star Charity Jam in 2020 and continue with our charity activities through Heavy Metal music: the music we love!
As long as we are not a Public limited Company, but just a party of 4 volunteers, future editions are never to be taken for granted.
In fact, despite being moved by noble intentions, the Metal For Kids United still suffers from not being a mainstream music festival and is still victim of people's prejudices.
That's why this year we have decided to try a crowdfunding campaign thanks to GoFundMe.
But in the end, whatever the crowdfunding result may be, we are proud to play our own part in helping children and we will always do.

SABATO 25 MAGGIO 2019, Roma @Crossroads Live Club .
Il progetto benefico consiste nella produzione di un concerto unico e memorabile per una grande raccolta fondi, riunendo oltre 40 musicisti Heavy Metal provenienti dalla scena internazionale e italiana.

Quest'anno, più che mai, sentiamo il dovere morale di elevare la voce del bambino dentro di noi per sostenere e dare coraggio ai tanti bambini e adolescenti malati di tumore e alle loro famiglieche vengono a Roma per affrontare le cure necessarie per la loro crescita, guarigione e in alcuni casi sopravvivenza. La scelta di un importante line-up di artisti ha lo scopo di raccogliere una donazione significativa per un'organizzazione così utile. L' ASSOCIAZIONE PETER PAN ONLUS
"La grande casa di Peter Pan" è un centro di accoglienza gratuito che offre ai bambini malati di cancro, in cura presso l'ospedale Bambino Gesù, 32 unità abitative dotate di ogni struttura ed ampie aree comuni che favoriscono la socializzazione tra le famiglie. Circa 200 volontari assicurano il funzionamento del centro ospitalità 24 ore al giorno, 365 giorni all'anno.
Il progetto più importante per l'Associazione è finanziare e sostenere i costi di mantenimento delle Case.
L'OBIETTIVO DELLA CAMPAGNA (fine: 25 MAGGIO 2019)
Grazie alla produzione di un'altra memorabile edizione per gli amanti della musica rock, il nostro scopo principale è la sensibilizzazione della gente sul cancro pediatrico e la raccolta significativa di fondi per mantenere il sistema di "ospitalità gratuita" della Peter Pan Onlus disponibile per molte altre famiglie che vengono a Roma per curare adeguatamente i loro figli.
Dell'obiettivo di 10.000 euro, 5.000 euro servono a coprire parzialmente il budget di produzione mentre l'eccedenza verrà aggiunta al ricavato dei biglietti per una donazione ancora più sostanziosa.
Noi dell'Associazione Culturale "Metal For Kids United" crediamo che, attraverso la comune passione per la musica Heavy Metal, possiamo aiutare a migliorare la qualità della vita di bambini in qualsiasi stato di necessità (sia fisica che sociale).

Dopo 3 anni di produzione di Metal For Kids United come unico produttore / finanziatore / direttore artistico e creativo, sotto l'intestazione Fabertroy Entertainment, ho deciso di fondare un'entità legale ufficiale e senza scopo di lucro.
Così, nel primo trimestre del 2019 ho costituito l'Associazione Culturale "METAL FOR KIDS UNITED" insieme ai miei amici di lunga data e soci fondatori Luca Muzzioli, Simone Mauti e Marco Migliaccio.
In qualità di Presidente dell'Associazione, continuo a svolgere lo stesso ruolo del passato, oltre al delicato compito di Rappresentante Legale.

Il METAL FOR KIDS UNITED! All-Star Charity Jam è tornato!
SABATO 25 MAGGIO 2019, Roma @Crossroads Live Club .
Il progetto benefico consiste nella produzione di un concerto unico e memorabile per una grande raccolta fondi, riunendo oltre 40 musicisti Heavy Metal provenienti dalla scena internazionale e italiana.
Il ricavato di quest'anno sarà devoluto all'Associazione Peter Pan Onlus di Roma (peterpanonlus.it) che dal 1994 sostiene i bambini affetti da cancro e le loro famiglie, offrendo ospitalità gratuita a Roma durante le cure.
5 prestigiosi artisti internazionali hanno scelto di aderire all'iniziativa: il chitarrista / produttore Roy Z (Bruce Dickinson, Halford / Judas Priest) e il cantante Brian O'Connor (ex Vicious Rumors, Consfearacy) dagli USA insieme al chitarrista Roland Grapow (ex Helloween, Masterplan) e il cantante Ralf Scheepers (Primal Fear, ex Gamma Ray) dalla Germania e il guitar hero Gus G. (ex Ozzy Osbourne, Firewind) dalla Grecia!!!
Ma la line up include anche altri noti artisti dell'heavy metal italiani famosi e affermati a livello internazionale per portare un grande evento di beneficenza a Roma.
Nelle ultime 3 edizioni, oltre 5.000 euro sono stati donati ad organizzazioni non profit italiane che aiutano bambini e le loro famiglie.
"Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla serietà della Struttura e dalla grande energia emotiva che si può respirare nella Grande Casa di Peter Pan. Quest'anno, più che mai, sentiamo il dovere morale di elevare la voce del bambino dentro di noi per sostenere e dare coraggio ai tanti bambini e adolescenti malati di tumore e alle loro famiglieche vengono a Roma per affrontare le cure necessarie per la loro crescita, guarigione e in alcuni casi sopravvivenza. La scelta di un importante line-up di artisti ha lo scopo di raccogliere una donazione significativa per un'organizzazione così utile. " Dice Fabrizio Troiano, produttore dell'evento, sul nuovo progetto di beneficenza.
L' ASSOCIAZIONE PETER PAN ONLUS
"La grande casa di Peter Pan" è un centro di accoglienza gratuito che offre ai bambini malati di cancro, in cura presso l'ospedale Bambino Gesù, 32 unità abitative dotate di ogni struttura ed ampie aree comuni che favoriscono la socializzazione tra le famiglie. Circa 200 volontari assicurano il funzionamento del centro ospitalità 24 ore al giorno, 365 giorni all'anno.
Il progetto più importante per l'Associazione è finanziare e sostenere i costi di mantenimento delle Case.
L'OBIETTIVO DELLA CAMPAGNA (fine: 25 MAGGIO 2019)
Grazie alla produzione di un'altra memorabile edizione per gli amanti della musica rock, il nostro scopo principale è la sensibilizzazione della gente sul cancro pediatrico e la raccolta significativa di fondi per mantenere il sistema di "ospitalità gratuita" della Peter Pan Onlus disponibile per molte altre famiglie che vengono a Roma per curare adeguatamente i loro figli.
Dell'obiettivo di 10.000 euro, 5.000 euro servono a coprire parzialmente il budget di produzione mentre l'eccedenza verrà aggiunta al ricavato dei biglietti per una donazione ancora più sostanziosa.
Noi dell'Associazione Culturale "Metal For Kids United" crediamo che, attraverso la comune passione per la musica Heavy Metal, possiamo aiutare a migliorare la qualità della vita di bambini in qualsiasi stato di necessità (sia fisica che sociale).
Quest'anno abbiamo deciso di sostenere i bambini malati di cancro.

Il Metal For Kids. United! All-Star Charity Jam è un format musicale creato nel 2016 da Fabrizio Troiano, con lo scopo di aiutare i bambini in qualsiasi stato di necessità, attraverso iniziative di solidarietà in cui artisti della scena Heavy Metal nazionale e internazionale sono chiamati alle armi.
Inizialmente concepito come una produzione di concerti di beneficenza basati sul format della All-Star Jam Session, il Metal For Kids. United! in seguito si è sviluppato in un'associazione autofinanziata di 4 amici che condividono l'impegno nei confronti dei bambini bisognosi anche attraverso attività di sensibilizzazione, comunicazione e promozione.
E lo facciamo sempre attraverso l'Heavy Metal come sano portatore di messaggi positivi e di solidarietà.

L' ASSOCIAZIONE CULTURALE "METAL FOR KIDS UNITED" e L'UTILIZZO DEI FONDI.
Dopo 3 anni di produzione di Metal For Kids United come unico produttore / finanziatore / direttore artistico e creativo, sotto l'intestazione Fabertroy Entertainment, ho deciso di fondare un'entità legale ufficiale e senza scopo di lucro.
Così, nel primo trimestre del 2019 ho costituito l'Associazione Culturale "METAL FOR KIDS UNITED" insieme ai miei amici di lunga data e soci fondatori Luca Muzzioli, Simone Mauti e Marco Migliaccio.
In qualità di Presidente dell'Associazione, continuo a svolgere lo stesso ruolo del passato, oltre al delicato compito di Rappresentante Legale.
Tutti i fondi raccolti grazie all'attuale campagna GoFundMe saranno trasferiti sul conto bancario dell'Associazione per coprire parzialmente le spese di produzione finanziate da noi 4.
Con grande piacere doneremo ogni singolo EURO eccedente il primo obiettivo di € 5.000 in aggiunta al ricavato della vendita di biglietti all'Associazione Peter Pan Onlus.
Grazie a GoFundMe e alla generosità di VOI DONATORI non solo l'ASSOCIAZIONE ha la possibilità di raccogliere extra fondi per finanziare l'ospitalità gratuita per i bambini sotto trattamento oncologico a Roma, ma avrà anche la possibilità concreta di compensare parzialmente i costi di produzione.
Raggiungere la copertura dei costi ci consentirà di produrre un altro Metal For Kids. United! nel 2020 e continuare così con le nostre attività di beneficenza attraverso l'Heavy Metal: la musica che amiamo!
Inoltre, nonostante sia mosso da nobili intenzioni, il Metal For Kids United soffre ancora di diffidenza e pregiudizi del grande pubblico che guarda all'Heavy Metal come un genere musicale di secondo ordine e diseducativo.
Ecco perché quest'anno abbiamo deciso di provare una campagna di crowdfunding grazie a GoFundMe.
Ma alla fine, qualunque sia il risultato del crowdfunding, siamo orgogliosi di fare la nostra parte nell'aiutare i bambini e lo faremo sempre.
