Starting up a business is hard especially in these uncertain times.
There is however tremendous amount of benefit from my work to the public at
large especially to work as a sole proprietor.
I have come from humble beginnings but people know me to have a heart of gold, always working hard to treat all foot and ankle Medical Conditions,
and never giving up to fight on your side to accomplishing the impossible. 

My motto is, "the good physician treats the disease;
the great physician treats the patient who has the disease".

I have been out of work since March due to COVID-19 living off savings.
For the past weeks I have been working hard to buy into an established Podiatry Practice, which needs:
-Electronic Medical Records system and 
-Electronic XRAY. 
-Most importantly I need financial help with the high upfront cost
of starting the business including bank fees and legal fees. 

About the practice I am in process of buying out:
- 40 yo established practice with 3 treatment rooms, 2800sqft rented space with two part time
Medical Assistants and one part time office manager.
Office currently sees patients 4 days a week and brings in 300K. I plan to modernize it,
bringing in EMR, and Digital X-rays, with plan to operate 5 days a week, and increase
surgical spectrum to foot and ankle all pathologies, from pediatrics to geriatrics.

This is very urgent for me and for my potential patients who need me now more than ever. 
These funds will go directly to starting and running the business for the first couple of months.
