Graham James PTA Rainbow Relay

Graham James PTA would like to invite every child at the school to join our socially distanced rainbow relay race being held on: Monday 10th August to Friday 21st August.
Each child will be asked to walk, run, skip, dance, cycle or even pogo a certain set distance between their house and the next child’s house from a map supplied by the PTA.
Every family happy to participate will need to email their address or a local point where they would like to take part in the race to the PTA
The PTA can then plot on a map a route for all children willing to participate. This is a fun event for all of the children.
Every child that takes part will be given a numbered ticket and after all year group races have been completed we will pick a lucky winner at random who will win a family of four ticket to Adventure Island or sea life centre Southend.
Those children who live a little further out, would be required to take part at a local open space within Stanford or Corringham. Siblings are welcomed to take part if they would like.
We have chosen to hold the event around when the 2020 Olympics should have been taking place. Unfortunately due to the Covid- 19 pandemic the PTA have been unable to hold many of our normal fundraising events such as our summer fete, school disco’s etc.
