Dear Friends,
My name is Moustafa El Hosari. I am a Partner at WeAre1 NGO (Here) a registered, non-profit, non-government organization (NGO), under the Societies Registration Act. Founded by Dr. Michelle White President of International Cosmetic Physician Society (Here), We run operations between USA and Europe, and now shifting all our efforts and to assist in Lebanon.
With the unexpected bombing that happened in Lebanon on August 4, we swiftly started collecting donations and helping out sending the donations from UAE in collaboration with The Red Crescent, Egypt in collaboration with Bank Al Kisaa, The Lebanese Medicine Bank in Lebanon, Arc en ciel, Foodblessed & Ajialona in Lebanon, along with many other countries like Spain, USA and Germany. We intend to make a different through collaborations with the right foundations & Initiatives. Together we are stronger and can outgrow this situation to build a sustainable future for the people.
We are hoping to raise 40,000 US$ from my immediate friends and family, friends-of-friends and general public to help me cover basic home repair costs for families that are in extreme need.
Our vision: To run operations that ensure the people in need are equipped with the tools that they need to succeed & create sustainable change, instead of just giving them temporary relief, we aim to provide a permanent aid and therefore we are looking for the right successful foundations that see the bigger picture as we envision it.
How we will operate: I will gather a group of friends and family members, we will select a number of households to assist in coordination with 2 local district mayors (Mokhtar), we will help clean their houses from the wreckage if necessary. And work with local contractors to install all necessary fixtures to make their houses livable again.

Transparency and reporting: All receipts from every single cent spent will be shared on this page. Progress of our work and the logic regarding the selection process of families will be shared on this page and our social media account (@weare1_ngo).
WeAre1 is accountable and liable for every cent spent as a part of this campaign.
We are calling on the world, our friends, our fellow Lebanese diaspora to donate to this relief fund. Your donations will be documented and recorded day by day to make sure that everything went to the right people.
