Help us to light their way and make a difference with your gift of light!

Want to join Armstrong Creek School in making a difference? We're raising money to benefit SOLARBUDDY.ORG LTD, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to ACS students and those in need of light.

“Solar Buddy” is a portable light system that children in developing countries and refugees can use inside their tents or at home. The small solar sealed units have an integrated solar panel and can run for 10 hours when fully charged.


Armstrong Creek School students will:

- Learn about energy poverty, renewable energy, global citizenship and share this message with the community,
- Fundraise via. GoFundMe,
- Use the donations to make a solar light and write a personal letter to their buddy,
- Illuminate futures of children living in energy poverty and watch a film of the light delivery to a country in need.
