Help My Dad Receive Proper Medical Care

my father has two cataracts (one in each eye) and has been trying to get medical attention for them since the problem first started in february of this year.
unfortunately, he currently resides in zimbabwe and they are under a political and medical lockdown. recently, he has been able to schedule an appointment to fix one of his eyes but he tested positive for covid-19 so his surgery has been postponed.
this surgery is very crucial and an emergency as he is in pain and nobody in my immediate family can travel to be there and take care of him while he waits for medical attention. because it is an emergency, i have had to use tuition money from my university that i would originally spend on my rent to pay for his surgery instead. this means i run risk of being kicked out of my apartment in the near future as i only have two months of rent saved from the original five months of rent that my school gave me.
my parents are older and both do not work so money is very tight and i am very terrified to be in the situation i am in as my father is immunocompromised and i do not have anymore money to give him to help buy groceries, medicine and other things he needs while he waits for his surgery.
his medical expenses are simply too much (especially because he is in another country) and i have run out of ways to be able to make the money myself. anything will help. this is very hard for me to do, as i want so badly to be able to take care of them on my own, but i also will do anything for my parents and this is one of the things i have to do.
