Starting non-profit for handicapped dogs

Hello my name is Dr. Laura J Richardson. I am trying to start a 501c3 nonprofit organization to help handicapped dogs. There are thousands of handicapped dogs in the United States. Many of them are neglected or put to sleep each day. It is my goal to start a dog sanctuary so that handicapped dogs will have a place where they can live out their life being treated humanely and with love and respect that they need. I've been doing research into what it takes to start an 501C3 nonprofit organization. I am looking to raise between $2,500 to $3,500 to cover attorney fees and state fees in addition to having a professional website built. If you love dogs as much as I do then please open your hearts and donate. If only 500 People would donate $5 we could raise $2500 to start a 501c3 and be able to get grants to fund a sanctuary where handicapped dogs could live out there life’s.
