Help a Black Youth Escape Neglect

My name is Rashad and I am 17 years old. I am currently living in Statesville, NC.  I am an in a unhealthy and mentally damaging living situation. My parents forced me to move from my home in Gastonia NC, and removed me from my all my friends and support system. There I was an active member of the chorus and theater department, an athlete, a good student, and was able to avoid my emotionally abusive household (as best as I could). This has now been stripped away from me. I need to get out of my household but I currently have no car and no place to go. No car means no job, and I have no financial support or means to leave. My guardian does not provide for me, and due to Covid-19, I am not able to go to school. My only interactions are within this house, and it is taking a serious tole on my physical and mental well being. I am not someone who likes asking for help, but I can no longer do this alone. I would really appreciate if you made a donation so that I can leave as soon as I turn 18. I am an aspiring college student, and a donation is an investment in the future of a Black youth. Thank you.
