Cameron’s road to recovery

Donation protected

On August 21st our brother  Cameron Hedlund suffered sudden cardiac arrest at home. Thankfully he was not alone and due to  the quick thinking of his daughter,  she was able to begin CPR helping to save his life.

He is  currently recovering in the cardiac ICU.  He awoke from the coma he was in and finally weaned off of the ventilator after seven days. He has suffered a minor anoxic brain injury, and will require months of rehabilitation. Cameron is a survivor, he is strong and he is a bright shining light in all of our lives.

He has already endured the pain of losing his wife Heather to cancer, leaving him to raise the loves of his life- Grace and Reid alone. He is a contractor running his own business and sole supporter of his family.  He will not be able to work and we do not know for how long.

We are asking for help to assist with the loss of his income and to ease the burden of any out of pocket medical bills as he begins his road to recovery.
