Joel Bastow Memorial Fund for Ripon Scouts

As an American stationed in England in the 1970s and 80s, Joel Bastow quickly involved himself in the local community.  First signing up to be Ripon's Deputy Horblower, then becoming the first group scout leader of 9th Ripon, Ripon and District Scouts .  A former Eagle Scout himself and proud scouting dad (that's me in the photo!), he put his all into making it possible for scouts like me to earn a lifetime of memories.
