¿Que queremos?
La problemática que atraviesa Venezuela, en el ámbito económico, político, social y sanitario, se ha agravado debido a la pandemia de COVID-19, trayendo como consecuencia el empeoramiento de la situación que vive día a día nuestro personal médico y sanitario. Por otro lado, las vías de adquisición para obtener materiales, implementos de bioseguridad y toda clase de insumos, son cada vez más escasas lo que dificulta el trabajo de nuestros profesionales y satura las capacidades de muchos hospitales.
El Hospital Universitario de Caracas (HUC), no escapa de esta realidad. Actualmente, este centro hospitalario al no haber sido designado como centinela por el Ejecutivo, no se le han otorgado los recursos necesarios para atender a los pacientes.
A pesar de todas estas dificultades, el HUC ha continuado prestando servicios, atendiendo de la mejor manera posible a las personas que lo requieren.
¿Quienes somos?
En vista de la situación, los estudiantes de Medicina de la Escuela Luis Razetti de la Universidad Central de Venezuela, que hacemos vida en dicha institución y sufrimos de cerca todas esas carencias, nos solidarizamos y recurrimos a esta plataforma con el fin de buscar ayuda económica para la compra del material de bioseguridad que necesita el personal médico y sanitario de dicho centro hospitalario, garantizando su protección y resguardo, así como insumos que se necesitan para la correcta y debida atención de todos los pacientes.
Agradecemos incansablemente su colaboración. Cualquier aporte, por mínimo que sea, suma a nuestra causa, siempre buscando la posibilidad de seguir cumpliendo con nuestra ardua labor, la cual practicamos con ética, integridad y profesionalismo.
What we want?
The problems that Venezuela is going through, in the economic, political, social and health fields, has been aggravated due to the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in the worsening of the situation that our medical and health personnel live day by day. On the other hand, the means of acquisition to obtain materials, biosafety implements and all kinds of supplies, are increasingly scarce, which hinders the work of our professionals and saturates the capacities of many hospitals.
The University Hospital of Caracas (HUC) does not escape from this reality. Currently, this hospital center, not having been designated as a sentinel by the Executive political power, has not been granted the necessary resources to care for patients.
Despite all these difficulties, the HUC has continued to provide services, serving the people who need it in the best possible way.
About us?
In view of the situation, the medical students of the Luis Razetti School of the Central University of Venezuela, who live in said institution and suffer closely from all these deficiencies, we sympathize and resort to this platform in order to seek financial help for the purchase of the biosafety material that the medical and health personnel of said hospital center need, guaranteeing their protection and safeguarding, as well as supplies that are needed for the correct and due care of all patients.
We tirelessly appreciate your cooperation. Any contribution, no matter how small, adds to our cause, always seeking the possibility of continuing to carry out our hard work, which we practice with ethics, integrity and professionalism.
