Exodus House

Donation protected
In 2020 Where it is EVIDENT that Descendants of Enslaved Africans are being persecuted emotionally, psychologically  and economically, we the terrorized by racial inequality needs a place of refuge and healing.
We Now Have A PLACE!

Exodus House is a 2 Acre Rolling Estate, Sitting on a Bluff overlooking the Indian Ocean on the outskirts of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania and is being renovated  as a place of Refuge for ONLY the descendant of Enslaved Africans, which means that this project will Not be offered on Airbnb or any commercial sites for reservations for other groups.
WE ARE LOOKING TO ACCEPT OUR FIRST RESERVATION  WITHIN 30 DAYS!!!
The Exodus has already began and we are seeing an increase in families returning to Africa seeking a quiet and affordable place to stay.
Introducing Exodus House;

The Property has been leased to us in an UNBREAKABLE Lease for 10 Years, which means, we are free to make the renovations and improve the property for our conveniences and enjoyment.

On the two Acres are 4 Properties comprising of :

1) Main Seaside Villa of 5 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms.
2) Self Contained Writers Cabin
3) Servant's Quarters comprising of 3 Rooms
4) Longhouse of 4 Rooms.
5) 1 Acre of Wooded land to be used as a center for our agricultural operations
The Property will be used as transition housing or Vacation Stay for Repatriated or Visiting Descendants of Enslaved Africans ONLY.
This is the group that will benefit the most from this project.
Renovations have already began in the Main
Villa but we need your support to move forward to make the complete project habitable.
This is the State we found the Villa In
Though we will NOT be living on this property, we decided to move forward at our own expense and  began renovations  in the Kitchen, by widening the windows and removing the Screens that were never windows at all, just dirty small burglar bars covered with mesh.
Improving this property gives us a sense of fulfillment that we are doing the work of our ancestors to bring the children of the diaspora back to Africa.
Our goal is to make this a true center of transition to speak to the psychological, emotional and economical trauma inflicted on the descendants of slaves in the west.
Our Exodus house will host retreats, meetings, seminars, events and knowledge based forums on how to navigate and survive in Africa by tapping into new streams of revenue.

After Widening the Windows, we ordered custom made Iron Works for the Kitchen and the Sea Gate,  to enhance the safety and beauty of the Villa
Because of the Proximity to the Sea, we coated the Ironworks with Iron Oxide and then an Anti-Corossion Solution
Then we began removing the TNG boards from the kitchen and installed gypsum boards to bring the kitchen up to fire code.
We also had to cut the Grass on 1 Acre that was waist high,  so that we could see the entire property and make a proper assessment of what needs to be done in the outer perimeter.

To date; we have received quotes of Approximately 50, 000 USD in repairs that need to make the project habitable and all the funds Raised here will be used to:
Plumbing & Electrical Works
Driveway Paving
Window Replacements
Complete Ironwork Replacement on all windows and Doors
