It is with devastated hearts and deepest sorrow that we announce the unexpected and tragic passing of Joshua James Morris-Ducharme on August 31st, 2020.
Growing up, Josh was an incredibly kind soul who had a heart of gold to anyone who was fortunate enough to have known him. He had a passion for the outdoors and took every chance he could to be out doing what he loved most, which was fishing. He was most often spending his time trying to catch fish in any body of water he could get near and then wanting to cook his next great catch for his family. His love for providing for his family extended into his barbecuing skills; give him any type of meat and he would have it cooked perfectly to share and enjoy with everyone. Anything and everything he put his mind to, he always put his all into it. One of his biggest achievements was building his own dirt bike from scratch. Fulfilling yet another hobby he was extremely passionate about - dirt bike riding. No matter what he was doing, he always made time for his family and being around those he loved. He was a Covid Grade 8 Graduate and was to be going off to High School this Fall to be reunited with all his school friends in what would have been the next big chapter of his life.
He leaves behind his loving mother Kim and his four siblings, Haley, Mikayla, Kadie and David. All funds raised will go towards funeral costs and supporting the family during this difficult time. They would like to thank everyone who has contributed, shared or commented and appreciate any and all help you have to give.
