Half Ironman in aid of C-SAW Mental Health Charity

Hi and thanks for visiting my GoFundMe page .

My name is Cathal O' Reilly from Clonmel, County Tipperary. As  family know, mental health is something that is very important to me having experienced my own struggles and contributing articles to Tipperarylive.ie on a weekly basis in an attempt to raise awareness. 

I have always wanted to do  an Ironman 70.3 (Half Ironman) for some years now and I have made the decision to do one in 2021. 

C-SAW (Community Suicide Awareness Watch) Mental Health Service in Clonmel is a 100% voluntary service who are doing incredible work and was founded by Joe Leahy.

C-SAW provide a free confidential listening service and complimentary coffee mornings in 24 William St. Clonmel on a Wednesday morning at 10.30am however due to Covid-19 this is currently on hold. I have decided to raise money for C SAW because they are local and are also a voluntary service and I am all about voluntary work having done some myself in the past. 

I would appreciate any support in helping me with this target of €5,000.
