Asking for help for moving and medical expenses

Donation protected
**Update. They moved me to another Apt within the same complex due to structural problems with my old Apt. however, I had to start paying the rent increase this month, plus I still had moving expenses, which I had to use money from my other bills. I am desperately in need of help and would be forever grateful if you could please help me out and share my post with everyone you know.** Some of you may know my story. For those who don't, this will explain where I'm at and how I got here. Back in 2016, I was at the airport boarding a flight to FL for a manager's convention with Zaxby's. I managed one of their stores in Roanoke Rapids, NC. As I was boarding, I started to black out and ended up passed out at the gate. I was taken to the hospital where I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. This is a terminal condition which gets progressively worse over time and has no cure. The diagnosis did explain why I had been feeling so poorly for awhile. As a result, I was no longer able to work. Without an income, I eventually lost my apartment and had to live in a shelter for over 10 months. It wasn't the street, but it was barely an improvement.  During this time, I was working on getting an approval for disability. For those who don't know, this process is slow and extremely difficult. It took me over 2 yrs to get approved, and my case was considered to have gone quickly by comparison. I did finally get approved, was granted help from a housing assistance program and was able to move into my own apartment again. Since that time, I have been further diagnosed with depressive, anxiety and panic disorders, spinal stenosis and disc disease, brain atrophy and white matter deterioration in my brain, chronic high blood pressure, an abdominal hernia and I have to go for a lumbar puncture this month to determine if I have an infection in my spinal fluid, or possibly cancer. My optic nerves have become inflamed and I have severely impaired vision in my right eye, making me effectively blind in that eye.  I also just recieved notice from my apartment manager that the owner is increasing my rent $150. The assistance program I work with pays a portion of my rent, but i have to pay the remainder. With the increase, I will have to pay that, plus the $150 increase, which is far more than i can afford.  It is extremely humbling, and honestly embarrassing, to have to ask for help. I have taken care of myself my entire adult life, and also helped many other throughout that time. To be the one who needs help now is a hard thing to accept.  If you are able to help, I would be forever grateful. If you can't help, please share. Also, any/all prayers are deeply appreciated as well. Thank you for taking the time to read.
