Hello,
My name is Maria Fernanda Castro Lopez. I am 24 years of age and I am from Honduras. It is a pleasure introducing myself, I hope everyone is well. My sister lives alone in Chile, a country in South America. With her help I was able to complete my internship in architecture in Santiago, Chile from (January-June 2020). Due to the global pandemic my return trip to Honduras was halted several times, during these trying times my visa also expired. A few days before my promising trip back to Honduras I had and xray which showed Costochondritis. I also had a CT performed and a 11.5 centimeter in diameter mass was found in the mediastinum ( the space between the lung and heart). After several tests and biopsies, I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma Diffuse Large B cell type. Due to my condition I was put in a very vulnerable position being away from my family, beloved ones and friends. I am left without medical insurance, unemployed, and an expired visa. I am battling this cancer in my immune system during these trying times in the middle of a global pandemic. My cancer is aggressive and I am asking for your helping raising the amount of money to help me pay 6 cycles of chemotherapy in a private hospital. At this time the public health care is collapsed due to the pandemic crisis. I truly believe from the bottom of my heartland deep within my soul that all economic donations, prayers, and words of hope will arrive to me with all the love that is still alive and well in this world.
